The Swim

The swim will take place in the Misty Waters Marina, 4 miles north of Bismarck. The marina is right off the Missouri River. Expect the water to be cool, wet suits are recommended.

The Sprint Distance will consist of a 500m swim and the Olympic Distance will be a 1500m swim.

The Bike

The bike will be an out and back course from Misty Waters Marina north on Burnt Creek Loop, then proceeding north on Highwah 1804 and back for appropriate 20k and 40k distance.

The Run

The run will be around Burnt Creek Loop for appopriate 5k and 10k distances.
