Course Information

The Swim

The swim will take place in the Misty Waters Marina, 4 miles north of Bismarck. The marina is right off the Missouri River. Expect the water to be cold, wet suits are STRONGLY recommended.

The Sprint Distrance will consist of a 500 m swim and the Olympic Distance will be a 1500 m swim.

The Bike

The bike will be an out and back course from Misty Waters Marina north on Burnt Creek Loop, then proceeding north on Highway 1804 and back for the appropriate 20 k and 40 k distance.

The Run

The run will be around Burnt Creek Loop for appropriate 5 k and 10 k distances.
